Delete your Segelly account
You can delete your account and all of your health data at any time, without having to contact anyone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Segelly and sign in.
- Open your Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Tick the box confirming you understand deletion is permanent, then tap Delete my account.
Please note: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need a copy of any result or document, save it first.
If you can't access the app
Email abdullah.moahmed99@gmail.com without including any medical details, and tell us the phone number registered to the account. We will confirm the account is yours (for example with a verification code sent to that number) before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your profile (name, date of birth, sex, blood type).
- All of your health records: conditions, medications, allergies, lab results, vitals, vaccinations and document photos.
- All open shares are revoked immediately, can no longer be opened, and their access log is erased.
Family members' records
- A child's record that only you manage is deleted with your account.
- A record belonging to someone with their own account, or with another manager, stays with its owner — only your access is removed.
What may be kept
Only the security event trail — the type and time of each action and internal identifiers, with no medical content — kept for as long as the law requires, to prove your request was carried out and to protect the service from abuse.
